Import Videos
Start your project by opening your videos with Filmmaker Pro!
- Create a new project.
- Select a project format.
- Choose between Landscape (16:9), Portrait (9:16), and Square (1:1).
- You have created a new project!
- Tap “+” to add videos.
- Choose a video from your media library.
- Tap “Done”.
- You have imported a video!
Cut and Splice!
Trim and clip your scenes with the best tools a video-editing app can offer!
Trim
Trim the corners of your scenes to decide the beginning and end!
- Tap your clip.
- Select the “Trim” tab.
- Adjust the markers to set the beginning and ending of your clip.
- Tap the Checkmark when you’re done.
- You have trimmed your clip!
Cut
Cut out the parts of your scene that you don’t want in your video!
- Tap your clip.
- Select the “Cut” tab.
- Select the section you want to remove.
- Tap the Checkmark when you’re done.
- You have cut your clip!
Split
Split your clips into sections to edit them separately!
- Tap your clip.
- Select the “Split” tab.
- Select the section you want to separate.
- Tap the Checkmark when you’re done.
- You have split your clip!
- Add a transition between your split scene!
- Choose a transition.
- Tap the Checkmark.
- You have added a transition!
Duplicate
Make copies of your scenes with the duplicate tool!
- Tap your clip.
- Select the “Duplicate” tab.
- Tap the Checkmark.
- You have duplicated your scene!
Detach Audio
Edit the sound of your scenes by detaching the audio!
- Tap your scene.
- Select the “Detach Audio” tab.
- Tap the Checkmark.
- You have detached the audio of your scene!
- Now you can edit the audio separately from the video scenes.
Be sure to keep a copy of your project and show it off to your friends on SNS!
- Tap the Export button.
- Select “Continue for Free”.
- Your video will contain a Filmmaker Pro watermark.
- Tap “Save to Photos”.
- You have saved your video!
- Tap “Share”.
- Choose “Facebook”.
- You may also share on other SNS.
- Enter a caption and then hit “Post”.
- You have shared your video on Facebook!
