- Launch the app.
2. Tap on a sound you want to listen to.
- Choose sounds from different themes: animals, baby, brainwave, city, music, nature, water, and white noise.
- Add more sounds by tapping the icons!
- Tapping on the same sound will deselect them.
3. Swipe to choose more!
4. Adjust the volume of the sounds…
- Tap “Clear all” to remove all sounds.
- Save the mix so you can listen to it later!
5. Want some silence? Hit the pause button!
- Tap it again to play the sounds.
6. Listen to the sounds and relax!
